About me

Perfection is something that I do not strive for within my work, texture and imperfections are always embraced and even encouraged. I prefer tangible piece of work; I think it makes an audience feel more connected to it. I explore this through working in 3d with sculpting, sewing and modelling. I would like to continue to explore this world of 3D, more specifically through stop motion animation.

 

 

At the heart of it, art for me is about the impression it leaves on others. I find people to be my main source of inspiration. Although I don’t often gravitate towards illustrating them it is more human behaviours and the reasons why we do the things we do that fascinate me. How people present themselves and why we make the decisions we do. Collective human experiences and unspoken rules that everyone seems to know without ever discussing it.
